Terms of use

Privacy Policy

With the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) coming into force on May 25, 2018, ATC ROUTES DU MONDE is in line with the values of trust and transparency defended by this new regulation. We wish to inform you precisely of what this regulation brings; and we have improved our Privacy Policy, specifying the various rights you have with regard to the protection of your personal data.

1) Media concerned

This privacy policy applies to all our communications, whether on our websites, our Customer service platforms, or other applications that cite it or include a link to them. It applies to all ATC communication media: computer, cell phone, tablet, brochure, databases...

2) The information we collect

We collect, as part of the Services that ATC renders to you, and in order to provide you with relevant answers:

- Information that you provide directly to us to create and track your membership and reservation records for our Services,

- Information that we collect when you use our Services,

- Information that we may obtain from third-party partner sources.

This information may include your surname, first name, date and place of birth, nationality, marital status, tax status, postal address, email, telephone, financial information (bank, credit card number), IP address, cookies, connection and browsing data, history of your purchases and services ordered from ATC; and this, without exclusive limitation to the present list.

In addition, we may seek your consent to obtain additional information, or the terms of which are not written in this Privacy Policy. At your request, the mandatory or optional nature of transmission may be indicated to you by the initiators of the request.

3) Using and sharing your information

We collect different types of information, as part of our Services; but we limit ourselves to that which is strictly useful, to offer you:

- The follow-up of your membership, travel, vacation stay, leisure activity or training file,

- Customer management and after-sales service,

- A commercial and promotional offer adapted to your expectations,

- A dynamic website.

We do not share or sell your personal data, except with your express consent. In fact, we may occasionally use the services of partner companies to be able to serve you even better.

4) How long we keep your information

Your Personal Data is kept for the time necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. They will then be archived with restricted access for a further period, in line with legal prescription and retention periods; and enabling us to respond to requests from law enforcement agencies, both nationally and internationally.

5) Protecting your information

At ATC, we are committed to protecting your data. We have implemented appropriate technical and administrative measures to protect the data you send us. Our software suppliers, registered in Europe, provide us with every guarantee of confidentiality. However, you should be aware that no website or computerized management or reservation system is totally secure.

A Data Protection Officer has been appointed at ATC. His mission is to guarantee the compliance of the processing we implement, and to ensure the exercise of your rights.

6) Your rights

You have the right to request details about the information we collect and to have any inaccuracies present in it corrected, to challenge the retention of certain information that would not be useful for the optimal processing of the Services rendered by ATC, to request the limitation of processing, to request the right of access, deletion or portability of your personal information.

We reserve the right to decline any request that would reasonably be considered abusive, or repetitive, that would infringe the confidentiality of a third party, that would be excessively difficult to satisfy, or that would require us to no longer be able to meet the national or international legal framework.

We draw your attention to and ask you to recognize that, if data were modified or deleted at your request, it might no longer enable us to provide you with optimal Services.

7) Non-compliance with the Terms of Use

ATC reserves the right to suspend, limit or terminate access to the Services, due to non-compliance with the Terms of Use; and in order to protect your rights, property, or the safety of ATC and its affiliates, business partners, employees or customers.

8) Updating the Privacy Policy

This policy may be updated periodically and without notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication of the new charter on the atc-routesdumonde.com website. If this is necessary and impacts the purpose of collecting your personal data, we will inform or solicit you.

Limitation of liability

1) Information contained on the site:

The information published on this site is periodically updated and checked, but may still contain errors. This information may also have been updated between the time you downloaded it and the time you read it. We therefore recommend that you check their validity.

ATC invites its customers to refer to the sales contract for contractual information relating to the services purchased.

ATC's responsibilities will apply with reference to article L211-16 of the Tourism Code.

2) Site access:

The site is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, ATC ROUTES DU MONDE cannot be held responsible in the event of temporary impossibility of using the site in the event of, in particular, force majeure, computer difficulties, difficulties linked to telecommunications networks, technical difficulties, difficulties linked to the EDF network.

For maintenance reasons, ATC ROUTES DU MONDE may interrupt access to the site and will endeavor to inform users in advance.

ATC reminds Internet users of the characteristics and limits of the Internet network and declines all responsibility for the consequences of their connection to this network via this site. In particular, ATC cannot be held liable for any damage, material or immaterial, caused to Internet users, their computer equipment and the data stored therein, and the consequences that may arise from this on their personal, professional or commercial activity.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission, distortion, total or partial of the sites or their content, by any process whatsoever, and on any medium whatsoever is prohibited.


Any unauthorized use of the sites or their content, or of the information disclosed therein, will engage the responsibility of the user and constitute an infringement punishable by articles L 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The same applies to any databases appearing on the site, which are protected by the provisions of the July 1, 1998 law transposing the European Directive of March 11, 1996 on the legal protection of databases into the French Intellectual Property Code. Applicable law in case of dispute

In the event of a dispute, the applicable law will be French law.

Jurisdiction

Any dispute that cannot be settled by compromise will be referred to the competent French courts.
